TU-PPECK Music is the name for work
that comes out of a life.
German-language songs somewhere between soul, gospel and meditation. Honest, personal, without theatrics.
Every song has a reason to exist. None of them was written because a release schedule demanded it. That is why there are few songs here — and a reason behind each one.
A note on language. The songs are written and sung in German. This page exists so that the thinking behind them is reachable in English too — the music itself stays in its own language, because that is where it comes from.
A thought. An experience. An encounter. A memory. Or a question that will not let go.
Only once it is clear what this is really about does the text take shape. Not the other way round.
Melody, harmony, arrangement. This is where things get tried, discarded and begun again — often over weeks.
The recording comes last. The moment an idea turns into something you can hear.
No song is written at a computer.
A computer helps with the building — not with the feeling.

Behind TU-PPECK Music stands someone who has spent many years working with people in extreme situations — where words reach their limit and the voice carries on.
The songs grew out of that work. Not as a by-product, but as what was left over when a conversation ended and something kept resonating.
A question we are often asked
Does TU-PPECK Music work with artificial intelligence?
Yes. And no, it does not write the songs.
Every idea begins with a person. Artificial intelligence helps to carry a thought further and to try out musical possibilities. It replaces no emotion — it makes emotion audible.

The universe carries you. A song about trust, light and the feeling of being carried through difficult times.
